No one will contact your current Broker.

Note: In Canada, the Broker will send the documents to you for signature after approving your application.

The best practice is to complete the online application as soon as possible (within 30 days of your target onboard date) to allow enough time to complete the basic training.

When you apply you'll receive a guest pass to access eXp World for training.  Completing the application early will also help expedite onboarding when you're ready to transfer your license.

For a preview of the application see: Join System Slideshow (the slideshow is also available in the files section in this module)

Allow 15 to 20 minutes to complete, and be sure to have your real estate license, direct deposit information, and credit card information handy.  Most Agents don't experience issues, however, to avoid any possible issues please use Chrome as your browser to apply, turn off autofill, and If you have an issue with it accepting your phone number try another phone number (you can change this later).

After you answer questions on the first page you'll receive an email to set up your Guest Pass before you can complete the application and sign the documents. Just follow the instructions in the email to continue.

After your guest account is set up you will be directed back to the application dashboard.  In the upper left corner look for your personal join code. Make a note of this code to send to your Sponsor and the Sponsors onboarding assistant if applicable.

**DO NOT NOTIFY YOUR CURRENT BROKER OR INITIATE A LICENSE TRANSFER UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A NOTICE FROM EXP TO DO SO.  SOME STATES REQUIRE THE EXP BROKER TO MAKE THE TRANSFER AND THIS WILL NEED TO BE COORDINATED IN ADVANCE.

eXp Setup & Monthly Fee:

The setup fee in the U.S. is $149 (which includes the first month's Cloud Brokerage Fee), which will be charged to the method you choose, once your license is transferred to eXp.  After that, you will receive the Cloud Brokerage Fee invoice due every 30 days and is due within 10 days of invoice.  If you have a card on file and the charge is rejected or denied, the accounting will reach out to you with a reminder.  eXp will not automatically take payment from your bank account.
